Patrick Trefz Debuts New Feature Length Film – Idiosyncrasies at Surfilm Festival in San Sebastian Spain

Spain needs a little loving today (if you don’t know what I am referring to, you clearly haven’t been paying enough attention to the World Cup). And, what is a better way to spread some cheer than with some fantastic art?

The World Premiere for Joby Pro Team Member Patrick Trefz’s feature film entitled “Idiosyncracies” took place at the Surfilm Festival in San Sebastian, Spain on June 11th. This “exploration of unique minds in surfing” peers into the lives of surfing masters including; Richard Kenvin, Andrew Kidman, Lance Ebert, Christian Beamish, Tom, Leeann, Frank and Pat Curren, Bill and Josh Mulcoy.

You can see the trailer to the film below…yes, you will want to watch it multiple times.

In addition to the launch of the feature film, Trefz also mounted an art show showcasing his lucid and beautiful images of surfing and surf culture.

And, if  you weren’t feeling the Spanish love yet, these fantastic images of San Sebastian (one of my personal favorite places) are just gorgeous and so envy-worthy.
